Energy Exercise - regular Chi Kung exercise throughout the course

Materials:
The course will include lecture formats, workshops, interactive sessions, self-reflective exercises, journal writing, movies and readings.  It will also include a regular Chi Kung exercise class at the beginning of every day, so loose clothing will be the most comfortable throughout the course.
The course and its material will be structured around a Google Sites website and you will be given access to the online course material once you have paid for the course.

Readings will be provided in electronic format and are meant to further develop your understanding of the course material.

Work:
Working on oneself means coming back to oneself, to one’s essence.

Length of Course:
The course will take place one weekend per month from November 2020 onwards, for a total of 9 months.

Timing:
Friday and Saturday from 9:30 am to 5 pm

Location:
Cairo and Dubai

Recording:
Every weekend will be recorded and posted on Vimeo so that if you miss a weekend you can review the material.  Sound recordings of the weekends will also be made available. The pdfs of the powerpoint will also be posted online for you to download.  However, since there are many interactive exercises, the recordings can only provide a framework but not the complete experience of the course.
